United Methodist Women
The United Methodist Women (UMW) is a community of women whose purpose is to know God. and to experience freedom through Jesus Christ, by developing a creative and supportive fellowship which participates in the global ministries of the United Methodist Church.
As the largest denominational faith organization for women, the UMW is made up of approximately 800,000 members. With a focus on fostering spiritual growth, developing leaders and advocating for justice, UMW members have raised up to $20 million each year for women and children in the U.S and in more than 100 countries in the world.
The Donovan United Methodist Women is open to all the women of the church and the group meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 1:30 p.m. If you are interested in joining the Donovan UMW, please contact the church office for more information. (?)
